Ukrainian Trip Team is happy to announce the beginning of registration for Ukrainian Trip’2010, an international project, run by the Rotaract clubs of Ukraine for two weeks in summer. Our main goal is to give you an insight into Ukrainian culture, history and identity.
This year we would like to invite eight active, energetic and positive young people from all corners of the world to discover Ukraine with Rotaract. Participants will need to pay only €65 for participation in the trip + purchase tickets from their home country to Ukraine and back; the rest is covered by us!
Ukraine is a wonderful country, located in the Eastern part of Europe. It’s famous for many positive things, but most of all, its welcoming people and lovely hospitality. Be sure that in hands of your extended Rotaract family from Ukraine you’ll be safe and well cared for. We won’t let you worry about anything – just let you enjoy your trip and have fun!
Our country is too huge to show it in two weeks; however, we’ll do our best to make this experience unforgettable for you. That’s why this year we’re preparing THE X-FILES Ukrainian Trip! We’ll tell you about things your club members should never know!
1. Ukrainian heroes/celebrities who influenced our history and are famous around the world.
2. DegUstAtion – here you’ll try Ukrainian drinks and food, common for certain regions – from traditional beer and vodka to mysterious Zhyvchyk. This fantabulous drink made our guests in 2009 so addicted to it, that they even hid it under the pillow and fought for a little sip of it.
3. Hand-made – you’ll be able to feel yourself an artist and bring home souvenirs, made by your own hands. Curious what it’ll be? Then sign up!
4. Top secret – this is something you’ll need to discover yourself, we’re not going to tell, but be sure it’s worth knowing
The application process for the program will continue till March 28, 2010. The results will be announced in the middle of April. This unique trip will be held from 15th to 27th of June 2010!
